 Located in Redlands, Phase II consists of one hundred and four (104) multi-family affordable family units. 

The new units at Valenci Grove II are now leasing, and the rent and income eligibility requirements for the apartment community have been finalized.

Your family’s total gross annual income must meet both minimum and maximum income requirements based on household size for bedroom size in which you qualify.

Horizons at Yucaipa

Horizons at Yucaipa is a two-phase 77-unit senior apartment development that opened in March 2017 and consists of 50-units, with 10 units reserved for seniors (60 years of age or older) with mental health needs. 

The development was built in partnership with the Housing Authority of the County if San Bernardino, with HPI as the Managing General Partner.

 

Vista Del Sol

The Vista Del Sol Senior community was completed in April of 2010 and features 71 units.   This development consists of 58 (fifty-eight) 1-bedroom units and 13 (thirteen) 2-bedroom units.

 

Valencia Grove

HPI partnered in the Valencia Grove development which was a 70-year old public housing site. The initial phase of development included construction of 85-family units and subsequent phases will result in a total of 228 units including 39 single family homes for sale an increase from the previous 115 affordable housing units. 

 

Loma Linda Veterans/META Housing Partnership

HPI in partnership with META Housing and HACSB, received an award of 50-VASH Vouchers from HUD for the development if 77-units for homeless veterans in Loma Linda.  Loma Linda Veterans was completed in 2019 in the City of Loma Linda.
